Improvements in Cleanliness at ARI

12.00.00am GMT Wed 20th Jan 2010

Alison McInnes welcomes the progress made by NHS Grampian following the original highly critical HEI inspection.

Independent inspectors made an unannounced follow up visit to ARI and noted improvements since their last visit. Their report has been published today.

Mrs McInnes commented:

"The follow up report shows that NHS Grampian has focussed very firmly on addressing the identified shortcomings and that good progress has already been made.

"That focus needs to be sustained but I am sure that users of ARI will be reassured by today's report."
