Raising Epilepsy Awareness in Epilepsy Week - McInnes12.00.00am BST (GMT +0100) Mon 25th May 2009
Alison McInnes joined nearly half the MSP's from all parties who showed their support for National Epilepsy Week (May 17-23 2009) and visited the Joint Epilepsy Council information stand at Scottish Parliament. Epilepsy is an important health issue for politicians and now has the largest MSP support for a Cross-Party Group in the Scottish Parliament. Aberdeenshire MSP, Alison McInnes said: "Raising awareness of epilepsy is important because it touches the lives of so many people. It's good to realise that help is available form organisations such as Epilepsy Scotland."
