MCINNES KEEPS UP PRESSURE ON SWINNEY OVER BERVIE BRAES

North East Liberal Democrat MSP Alison McInnes has tabled a question for next week demanding action on the situation at Bervie Braes.

Mrs McInnes said:

"The Government promised a swift response to the situation. Yet here we are 3 weeks since he visited Stonehaven and local residents have still not been given an answer.

"John Swinney has had the report from Transport Scotland sitting in his in-tray for over a week now. This is not good enough.

"I have tabled the question to force the Cabinet Secretary to respond to the plight of local residents."
