Commenting on the Conservatives' announcement of plans for a high speed rail line to link up only English cities, Liberal Democrat Transport spokesperson Alison McInnes MSP said:
"David Cameron cannot claim to be standing up for Scotland on Sunday but then forget about it on Wednesday. The Tories need to decide what their policy is on Scotland.
"The Scottish people must not be an afterthought on any high-speed rail proposals."
