First Class Start at Grange Pre-School Playgroup - Alison McInnes

Alison McInnes MSP praised Grange Pre-school Playgroup on their outstanding HMIe report published today.
The playgroup, in Monifieth, has achieved exceptionally high standards in all areas assessed in November 2008.
Commenting, Mrs McInnes said:
"Grange pre-school playgroup has achieved an outstanding report, being classified as excellent and very good in all evaluations.
"The staff has high expectations of all children in their care, working alongside parents and carers to help the youngsters reach their full potential.
"The children are all treated with respect and are made to feel valued; their individual achievements are celebrated".
Alison McInnes further commented:
"The staff plan an excellent curriculum, actively involving the children. It is obvious that there is a strong partnership between staff, children and parents which ensures a positive and happy environment, giving the best possible start to education.
"I feel that Grange playgroup is a great example and I am sure that everyone will join with me in congratulating them".
