Trump - the hard work starts now

Alison McInnes today welcomed news that the Trump development at Menie has been given a conditional go ahead.

She commented: "The Trump development promises a great deal to the North East, although much hard work remains to be done.

"The Council, community groups and the Scottish Government must now work alongside the Trump Corporation to lock in the potential benefits of the development. We must ensure that the implementation of such an ambitious plan allays the legitimate environmental fears of those who opposed the project, rather than aggravating them.

"I look forward to seeing this long process bear fruit."
